This policy explains what personal data Kun Arabian collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to our website, apps, and email communications.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, password hash, preferred language.
- Order data: shipping address, billing address, items purchased, payment method (we do not store full card numbers — they're tokenised by our payment partner).
- Browse data: pages visited, products viewed, device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location.
- Optional: messages you send to makers or our support team; reviews you publish.
How we use it
- To fulfil orders and process returns
- To prevent fraud and verify identity
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates)
- To send marketing emails — only with your consent, and with one-click unsubscribe
- To improve the Service through aggregated analytics
Who we share it with
- The maker who fulfils your order (name and shipping address only)
- Payment providers (Stripe, PayTabs, Tabby, Tamara, PayPal) for processing payment
- Carriers (Aramex, SMSA, DHL, Jeebly) for delivery
- Service providers under contract (email delivery, analytics, customer support tooling)
- Authorities where required by law
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@kun-arabian.com. We respond within 30 days. Where required by law (including under GDPR), we also provide data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for three years after closure. Order records are retained for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements.
