Terms & Conditions of Sale
Kun Arabian operates as an authorised agent for the makers listed on the marketplace. These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods to you, in addition to the Terms of Use that govern your use of the website.
1. The contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract of sale is formed only when we email you an order confirmation. Until that point, we may decline the order for reasons including stock unavailability or pricing errors.
2. Price and currency
Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Currency conversions at checkout are estimates; your bank or wallet sets the final rate. Customs and import duties for international orders are buyer responsibility unless explicitly indicated.
3. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby, and Tamara. By submitting payment details you authorise us, our payment partners, and the maker's settlement account to debit your account for the order amount.
4. Title and risk
Title to goods passes to you on delivery. Risk passes when the goods are handed to the carrier; in case of damage in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will lodge a claim.
5. Maker obligations
The maker is responsible for the description, quality, and authenticity of the goods. Kun Arabian guarantees authenticity as set out in the Authenticity Policy and processes refunds on the maker's behalf.
6. Returns and refunds
See Shipping & Returns and Refund Policy for details. Bespoke and engraved pieces are non-refundable once production begins.
7. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, customs actions, or carrier strikes. Lead times are suspended for the duration of any such event.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
